Your rights to return goods are protected under Australian Consumer Law. Further information is available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer
To be entitled to change of mind returns, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. You may then opt for a store credit, to exchange the goods or request a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.
Your refund will be paid within 10 days of us receiving the goods back, providing they are still in saleable condition minus the cost of original shipping.

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. If you would like assistance in booking a return, subject to courier restrictions, we can arrange for the parcel to be
collected. Collections are capped at $19.95, although if it is less, you will be charged the actual shipping – never more than $19.95. Please contact us for instructions.
When packaging a return item(s), please ensure the parcel meets the physical guidelines below:
Maximum Weight: 22kg
Maximum Length: 105cm
Maximum Volume: 0.25m3
In the case of exchange due to faulty or misdescribed goods, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return postage, as well as postage for the replacement item.
In the case of change of mind exchanges, another $14.95 flat rate will be charged to ship the replacement item. For change of mind refunds, we will not refund the postage paid on the original order.
We cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges on sale items.

Returns Policy – New Zealand
Return postage on change of mind returns and exchanges for non faulty items will need to be covered by the customer, however if an item you have received is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return and replacement postage.
Weaver Green will not take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. We therefore recommend returning your parcel with tracked service and adequate insurance.
