Our Chinchilla Chenille rugs draw on a simple herringbone design in a perfect soft taupe colourway that creates a brilliant neutral backdrop to any room scheme. They look beautiful against stripped wooden floors, are Incredibly soft underfoot and are perfect for adding a warm layer to bedrooms, bathrooms and low-traffic areas, snugs and living rooms.
Offering the look and feel of soft, natural fibres but made entirely from our weaver green recycled wonder yarn, we love using the chenille range as brilliant quick drying and super soft bath mats, or as the perfect landing spot for bare feet either side of the bed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. You may then opt for a store credit, to exchange the goods or request a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.
Your refund will be paid within 10 days of us receiving the goods back, providing they are still in saleable condition minus the cost of original shipping.

Care Instructions
Before washing, hoover loose debris from your rug (we recommend to use a lower suction setting without the brush function) or give it a good shake outside. Either hand wash with a light detergent or pop smaller rugs (up to the size 180cm x 120cm) into the washing machine for a 30 degrees cycle using a non – biological washing detergent.
For larger rugs (240cm x 170cm and 300cm x 250cm) we recommend using a commercial sized drum at your local launderette under the same temperature and settings. Alternatively, take your rug outside, hand wash and hose down.
