Christmas Orders & Returns
If you would like to receive your products in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 12pm on Friday 11th December. However, please contact us if that date has passed and we will do our best to help you receive your order in time.
If you are local to Noosa, orders can be made online and collected from our Noosaville showroom up to and including December 24th.
For added peace of mind, we are extending our returns period meaning you now have until January 31st 2021 to return or exchange purchases made in December 2020.
Goods will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving an order. Deliveries will be made
Monday to Friday with Australia Post e-parcel, during business hours.
We reserve the right to use couriers other than Australia Post where necessary, for example
when shipping heavy or bulky items. Full tracking and courier details will be provided.
If you would like to upgrade to express delivery or need it by a certain date, please contact
us by phone or email before placing an order.
In order to meet parcel size and weight requirements, orders may be shipped in multiple
parcels. If this is the case the $14.95 flat rate shipping will be charged once per order and
not per parcel.
Australia Post advises that parcels are delivered in 2 or more business days. Delivery times
will vary depending on destinations. For more information on delivery times to your area,
