If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. You may then opt for a store credit, to exchange the goods or request a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.
Your refund will be paid within 10 days of us receiving the goods back, providing they are still in saleable condition minus the cost of original shipping.

Care Instructions
Before washing, hoover loose debris from your rug (we recommend to use a lower suction setting without the brush function) or give it a good shake outside. Either hand wash with a light detergent or pop smaller rugs (up to the size 180cm x 120cm) into the washing machine for a 30 degrees cycle using a non – biological washing detergent.
For larger rugs (240cm x 170cm and 300cm x 250cm) we recommend using a commercial sized drum at your local launderette under the same temperature and settings. Alternatively, take your rug outside, hand wash and hose down.

From kitchens and bathrooms to living rooms and bedrooms, the understated natural tones pair perfectly with bare wooden floors and look just as good against dark brooding interiors as they do with light and airy white-washed walls.
Made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and flat woven for extra durability, Safi rugs are machine washable, stain-resistant and come in a great range of sizes.
