If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us within 21 days of receipt of the goods. You may then opt for a store credit, to exchange the goods or request a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.
Your refund will be paid within 10 days of us receiving the goods back, providing they are still in saleable condition minus the cost of original shipping.

Before washing, hoover loose debris from your rug (we recommend to use a lower suction setting without the brush function) or give it a good shake outside. Either hand wash with a light detergent or pop smaller rugs (up to the size 180cm x 120cm) into the washing machine for a 30 degrees cycle using a non – biological washing detergent.
For larger rugs (240cm x 170cm and 300cm x 250cm) we recommend using a commercial sized drum at your local launderette under the same temperature and settings. Alternatively, take your rug outside, hand wash and hose down.
Beautifully upholstered with a deep cushion top, this coral ottoman is a soft yet sturdy piece of furniture made using our extra-durable Nomad Tarifa rugs. Made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, our fabric looks and feels like a real wool product but is easy to spot clean with a damp cloth if any stains or spillages occur.
Our Nomad Tarifa ottomans are available in 2 different sizes; 120cm x 60cm x 38cm and 140cm x 80cm x 43cm. On arrival, the legs are to be simply screwed on for use.Â
Due to each ottoman being made to order, they are a non-returnable item.
